The Danielyan family are founders and key stakeholders of one of the largest pharmacy brands in the country — “Pharmacy 9-1-1.” Anush is one of the official key beneficial owners of the pharmacy network “9-1-1” (controlling a 50–60% stake jointly with Nune Danielyan). She is the beneficiary of over 50 companies in pharmaceutical retail and real estate leasing (including LLC “Gamma-55,” LLC “First Pharmacy of Kyiv,” and LLC “Leasing Pharmacy”). Her total business income, according to analytical platforms, has placed her among the wealthiest individuals in the Kharkiv region.

Family tax evasion

According to investigations by law enforcement agencies and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), Anush Danielyan is suspected of organizing large-scale tax evasion and cartel collusion in the pharmaceutical market. Investigators from the platform “Public Control” and the State Bureau of Investigation note that she, along with partners, concealed hundreds of millions of hryvnias by artificially splitting the business into over 100 legal entities and a network of fictitious sole proprietors to avoid paying VAT and income tax. Her companies are also implicated in a case involving funds being diverted through a scheme of “fictitious royalties” for the use of trademarks.
