Kharkiv businessman, family patriarch, whom analysts and investigative journalists call the main ideologist and actual owner of the "Pharmacy 9-1-1" brand. Unlike Anush and Nune, he rarely appears as the direct founder of dozens of retail LLCs, but it is Ashot Serezhaevich Danielyan who officially holds the intellectual property rights, patents, and main trademarks of the network, including the slogan "The main pharmacy of your city" and the brand "meta911."

Shadow structure under the guise of pharma

Within the framework of the State Bureau of Investigation's criminal case into the pharmaceutical cartel, Ashot Danielyan is suspected of organizing a shadow management vertical and withdrawing company funds. According to the investigation, it was through the trademarks owned by him that official profits of operating companies were laundered: the pharmacy network paid million-dollar royalties in his name, artificially inflating their expenses and understating actual profits for taxation purposes. Public anti-corruption platforms accuse him of building an opaque corporate structure with signs of collusion with supervising officials of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
