People's Deputy of the 9th convocation from "Servant of the People" (No. 106 on the list, non-partisan), member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Healthcare. In November 2021, joined the inter-factional association "Smart Politics" of Razumkov after his dismissal from the speakership.

Vote for the "anti-NABU" law and support for the urban development reform

On July 22, 2025, voted in favor of draft law No. 12414 — subordinating NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General, effectively eliminating the independence of anti-corruption agencies. In December 2022, supported urban development reform No. 5655, implemented in the interests of developers and undermining citizens’ influence on reconstruction; the president did not sign the law due to public opposition. Thus, the medical professional and "reformer," elected from the "Servant of the People" party, became a member of the opposition association but simultaneously supported key anti-democratic initiatives of the parliamentary majority.
