Prosecutor from Vinnytsia in the "People's Front" faction

Serhiy Drayuk is a Vinnytsia-based lawyer and prosecutor who built his political career through Arseniy Yatsenyuk's "People's Front." He graduated from Kharkiv Law Institute (1980). From 1980 to 1994, he worked in the prosecutor's office. After his prosecutorial career, he moved into business and local politics, from where he entered the Verkhovna Rada of the 8th convocation representing the "People's Front."

10 companies undeclared and vote rigging

The CHESNO catalog records two cases involving Drayuk: the deputy failed to declare 10 companies—violation of financial control requirements—and a separate violation in the field of tax legislation. For a faction member that came to power under anti-corruption slogans, this is especially revealing.

Drayuk and at least 18 deputies engaged in vote rigging during Verkhovna Rada sessions in March 2018—a total of 72 violations during the month among all recorded. According to the "Slovo i Dilo" assessment, Drayuk fulfilled only 6 out of 13 promises—which is exactly half.
