Member of the Hereha clan, conflict of interest in voting on land for stores
Kyiv City Council deputy of the VII (2014–2015, independent), VIII (from Solidarity), and IX (UDAR) convocations from the Darnytskyi district. Deputy General Director of LLC Epicenter-K. Cousin of Kyiv City Council deputy Oleksandr Honcharov — both closely connected to the owners of Epicenter, Oleksandr and Halyna Hereha, and have made their careers in their company. Missed 41% of working sessions in the VII convocation. The Chesno movement repeatedly recorded instances of indirect voter bribery ("buckwheat sowing") by Honcharov. Voted to consider issues regarding the transfer of land plots to the company employing him, which is a sign of conflict of interest.
Since February 24, 2022 — no sessions attended without any explanations
Has not participated in any Kyiv City Council session since February 23, 2022 — neither in the first session after the start of the full-scale invasion on March 13, 2022, nor in any other sessions during 2022–2024. Neither the deputy nor the UDAR party publicly commented on the reason for the absence as of March 2025.
