Modest declaration and absence of corruption cases amid a large-scale region
Honcharuk's declarations for 2014–2018 were submitted systematically; the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) recorded no public violations. No criminal proceedings, suspicions, or journalistic investigations regarding him personally have been documented — despite leading a region with a large petrochemical and forest industry complex ("Orisil," Kalush Chemical Plant). Public activity after 2019 is minimal; he remains within the orbit of "Groysman's Strategy." According to available data, he is one of the few regional leaders from Poroshenko's era without documented corruption scandals.
