Person information
Agronomist and farmer from "Batkivshchyna"
Victor Hrynchuk is a typical representative of the regional agricultural elite whose career is built at the intersection of farming business, civil service, and party loyalty. He was born on July 28, 1967, in the village of Yablunivka, Cherkasy region. An agronomist by initial education, from 1998 to 2008 he headed the peasant-farmer enterprise "Dobrobut" in Bohuslav district, and simultaneously was the president of the football clubs "Dobrobut Plus" and "Rosychi".
Oniщenko's assistant — the most notable connection in biography
Since 2010, he moved to civil service as deputy head of Bohuslav District State Administration. Simultaneously, for a long time he worked as an assistant-consultant to members of parliament — notably Oleksandr Onyshchenko in the VII and VIII convocations. Onyshchenko is one of the most notorious figures involved in corruption and gas scheme cases, currently internationally wanted. After Onyshchenko, Hrynchuk joined the assistants of Valeriy Kolyukh from "Servant of the People" in the IX convocation.
Land commission and anti-raider headquarters
In 2015, he was elected to the Kyiv Oblast Council from "Batkivshchyna" representing the Bohuslav constituency, joined the commission on land relations and agro-industrial complex, and became the authorized representative of the faction in the Presidium. In 2019, he joined the Kyiv regional anti-raider headquarters — which, considering his agricultural profile and membership in the land commission, seems logical but also raises questions about conflicts of interest.
