Supreme Court Judge — wife took preferential mortgage under “eOselya” for a luxury apartment, which she immediately rented out

Judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. His wife, Iryna Huleykova, took out a preferential mortgage under the “eOselya” program in the summer of 2024 for an apartment in the elite residential complex "Elyseum" in Kyiv. Just a month after securing the mortgage, she registered as an individual entrepreneur with the primary activity "real estate rental." The judge himself confirmed to Bihus.Info journalists that his wife rents out the purchased apartment — clearly indicating that the family did not need the housing, despite the social purpose of the program.

In January 2025, the judge’s mother gifted him a land plot near Kyiv, where construction of a private house was already nearing completion at that time. Huleykov registered ownership of the house in February 2025 — just a few months after his wife received the preferential mortgage, allegedly due to lack of own housing. Ukrfinzhytlo initiated an investigation into the circumstances of the Supreme Court judge’s family obtaining the loan.
