Kyiv lawyer and banker (born December 11, 1975, Kyiv), holds two diplomas from KNEU (bank management) and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (law). Began his career at the National Bank (1998–2006), then was on the supervisory board of "Partner-Bank," which was then managed by Suprunenko family business partner Oleksiy Savchenko (later a member of parliament and governor of Mykolaiv region). Since 2009, chairman of the supervisory board of the Suprunenko family’s "Asvio Bank." Beneficiary of the offshore "Romberg Investment Management" (British Virgin Islands) and several construction-rental companies ("Integro Group," "Evlad," "Asteris"). Media directly call him a close friend of Vyacheslav Suprunenko and partner at the Brovary factory ("Alumeta Group").

"Defector" of Chernovetskyi

In 2007, he ran for parliament from the Party of Regions (No. 245, non-electable position). In 2008, he was elected to Kyiv City Council from Katerynchuk Bloc—but, like several other deputies, started voting in the interests of Chernovetskyi Bloc, sparking a scandal. Later, a deputy of Kyiv City Council of the VIII convocation (2015) from "Unity"; attempts to revoke his mandate failed, and he joined Chernovetskyi’s faction. Always a member of the budget commission; ranked among the top 5 richest deputies from Solomianskyi district.

Declaration 2017: salary at "Asvio Bank" ~2.44 million UAH plus 555 thousand UAH in interest; savings – 1.18 million UAH and $130 thousand in accounts, $270 thousand cash.
