Kolomoisky's personal banker

Since 1992, Yatsenko worked at PrivatBank, and in 1998 he was appointed deputy chairman of the board, responsible for lending to large corporate clients. He was considered the right-hand man of Oleksandr Dubilet and Kolomoisky's personal banker. Yatsenko controlled a special unit servicing shareholders' affairs, which was liquidated immediately after nationalization. The London court recorded 129 loan agreements involving him — the same number as Horokhovskyi.

Aircraft detention and NABU suspicions

On February 22, 2021, NABU forcibly landed a charter flight in Boryspil — Yatsenko was attempting to fly to Vienna. He was handed a suspicion notice under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — embezzlement on a particularly large scale. The plane he flew on belonged to Windrose Airlines owned by Ihor Kolomoisky.

NABU and SAP completed an investigation into the misappropriation of UAH 9.2 billion — Yatsenko is also implicated, and the High Anti-Corruption Court granted permission for a special pre-trial investigation.

Asset withdrawal from Monobank

On the day the suspicion was announced, Yatsenko transferred his 17.18% stake in Fintech Band (Monobank) to Yevheniia Kryvenko, who is registered at the same address as him.
