Ioffe Yuliy Yakovych

People's Deputy from OPZZh and "Platform for Life", trusted representative of Yanukovych

People's Deputy of several convocations from Luhansk region (1994, 1998, 2002), in the IX convocation — from OPZZh, currently — in the group "Platform for Life and Peace." First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party, headed by Yuriy Boyko. In 2004–2005, he was a trusted representative of presidential candidate Viktor Yanukovych.

Voting against sovereignty and removal from Russian sanctions

On January 18, 2018, he voted against the Law recognizing Ukrainian sovereignty over the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions — one of 36 deputies who supported this position. Russia removed Ioffe from its sanctions lists along with the General Director of "112 Ukraine" Benkendorf. After the ban of OPZZh, he remained in parliament in Boyko's group, continuing to represent the pro-Russian electorate of Luhansk region.
