People's Deputy from OPZZH, former Constitutional Court judge — Medvedchuk's ally

People's Deputy of the 8th and 9th convocations, initially from the Opposition Bloc, later from OPZZH; retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Deputy Chairman of Medvedchuk's NGO "Ukrainian Choice — the Right of the People." On January 18, 2018, one of 36 deputies who voted against the Law recognizing Ukrainian sovereignty over the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Recorded engaging in proxy voting on November 12, 2019. On that date, the NAPC referred an administrative protocol to court for appointing his daughter-in-law Maryna Nimchenko as his paid assistant (16,000 UAH/month, totaling over 374,000 UAH); Pechersky Court closed the case due to expiration of the statute of limitations for prosecution.

Assistant convicted for collaboration, and ties to Medvedchuk

Another assistant of Nimchenko — Oleksandr Zamyraylo, a deputy of Cherkasy City Council from OPZZH — in 2022 planned to head the Russian occupation authority in Cherkasy region; in December 2023, the court found him guilty of justifying Russia's armed aggression and sentenced him to 5 years imprisonment.
