MP of OPZZh / "Servant of the People" – signatory of the scandalous appeal to the Constitutional Court and voting for the "anti-NABU" law

After the ban of OPZZh, he joined the "Restoration of Ukraine" group, which effectively leans towards the "Servant of the People" single majority. In October 2020, Skoryk signed a scandalous appeal of 47 deputies from OPZZh to the Constitutional Court, which led to the CCU's decision to repeal the Criminal Code article on illicit enrichment and the obligation to declare – effectively destroying the anti-corruption system. The NACP publicly named the signatories.

NACP verification of declaration, voting for bill No. 12414 and support of urban development reform

On July 22, 2025, he voted "for" bill No. 12414 – subordinating NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General; in December 2022, he supported urban development reform No. 5655 in the interests of developers. The NACP included Skoryk's declaration in the list subject to verification based on risk analysis results. Thus, the deputy initially signed the appeal that destroyed the anti-corruption system, and then voted for the law that subordinated NABU and SAP to the authorities.
