Former LPR terrorist heading a state enterprise — a link in Yurushev's tender scheme
Yurushev's acquaintance with Andriy Anofriyev took place in 2011 when the latter worked as a manager at the oligarch's Diesel Plant. At the end of 2014 — after Anofriyev's participation in armed formations of the LPR — he was appointed head of the SE "Ukrspecwagon": a state enterprise ordering hopper cars for Ukrzaliznytsia from Yurushev's companies. On April 2, 2021, the SBU detained Anofriyev under suspicion of creating a terrorist organization (Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code).
