People's Deputy of the "Servant of the People" from Rivne

People's Deputy of the IX convocation from "Servant of the People" in the single-mandate district No. 153 (Rivne). Member of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy. Entered the Parliament with the image of a regional activist and participant of the Maidan — however, journalistic investigation revealed systematic falsehoods in his biography.

Rape of a minor, pardon and "extinguished criminal record"

In 1995, at the age of 17, Ivanisov together with three peers hijacked a ZAZ car into which they forced a peer. Convicted under Part 3 of Article 117 and Part 2 of Article 118 of the Criminal Code (rape of a minor and unnatural rape) to 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment. According to other data, he served only half a year and was pardoned in November 1996. When this information became public in November 2019 — Ivanisov left the "Servant of the People" faction, and on November 25 the faction expelled him.

Fake education and lies about Maidan

In autobiographies, Ivanisov indicated various universities — both institutions confirmed they did not know him and did not issue diplomas. On video, he explained absences from regional council sessions in 2012 by "questions of the Revolution of Dignity," which at that year did not yet exist.

Anti-corruption committee and voting for the destruction of NABU

Member of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy — and on July 22, 2025, voted for draft law No. 12414 on subordinating NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General.
