Kalyahin directly managed the launch and legalization of the business of LLC "NSUS UA" (the Ukrainian branch of the GGPoker network) as the company's CEO. He headed the official representative office from the beginning of the brand's large-scale expansion into Ukraine and resigned from the director position on May 12, 2023, transferring authority to lawyer Oleh Rachuk. His activities coincided with the period of obtaining the first official licenses from CRAIL, which later became the subject of investigations.

Key Figure in Cases Related to GGPoker

In the criminal proceedings conducted by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies (in particular № 12020000000001013 and № 12023000000000430), Ihor Kalyahin appears as one of the key organizers of an illegal gambling scheme. According to the investigation and independent media inquiries, Kalyahin, along with chief accountant Nataliya Hryvnak and Russian partner Ivan Bryksin, used the company's official license merely as a front. They organized the operation of a network of illegal mirror sites of the GGPokerok brand to transfer millions of shadow funds across borders into cryptocurrency, bypassing Ukraine's tax system.
