Candidate of Historical Sciences, former director of the PR agency "Advisor." During the 2019 presidential election, she was the campaign strategist for Yulia Tymoshenko.

Connection to Pinchuk through her husband

Her husband, Oleksandr Bohutskyi, is the director of ICTV and a board member of the investment-consulting company EastOne. Bohutskyi manages the entire Pinchuk television holding. Before entering parliament, Kondratiuk worked at the PR agency "Advisor" owned by Mykola Bahraiev — another informal channel between Tymoshenko and Pinchuk. Ukrainska Pravda explicitly states that Kondratiuk is "indirectly connected with the oligarch," and her husband is the director of Pinchuk’s media group StarLightMedia. An opposition deputy with direct access to the country's largest media holding — this combination itself is a potential conflict of interest.

Declaration: cash, BMW, and bonds worth tens of millions

For the year 2020, she declared $270,000 and €50,000 in cash. The current declaration records about 2.6 million hryvnias in bank accounts across three banks, plus $90,000 and €50,000 in cash. The BMW X4 is formally registered to her husband — Kondratiuk only "uses" it. Her husband holds government bonds (OVDP) worth over 10 million hryvnias, as well as bonds of the Dutch company EMIS Finance BV valued at over 5.7 million hryvnias.
