Harik (Hryhoriy) Korogodskyi is an entrepreneur, owner of the Dream Town shopping center, co-owner of the Aquarium fitness center, CEO of Vita Veritas, and founder of the Zhyttelyub charitable foundation.

"Alpha Group" and oil business with Russians

In 1995, Korogodskyi, together with partners, founded Alpha-Nafta — a representative office of the Russian company Alpha Group, which they operated for two years. Afterwards, they purchased shares in oil refining enterprises and 300 gas stations for the ARCH group. Later, they worked with the Privat group, buying shares in oil refining enterprises for them. These partnerships laid the financial foundation for Dream Town — $250 million in investments.

Israel, racketeering, and return

In 1994, due to racketeering and "bloody raids," he hid in Israel for several months, and his family lived there for 10 years. He returned to Kyiv in 1995. For a long time, he could not obtain Ukrainian citizenship due to "stupid Ukrainian laws" — he received his passport only in July 2019.

Language and position

Scandal with an activist over language: at home, he speaks Russian with his family. Korogodskyi himself stated in an interview: "Our people are used to blaming Putin for all troubles. Leave Putin alone."

Dream Town and sale

In 2026, he is actively looking for a buyer for the Dream Town shopping center for over $100 million, so he can "engage in creativity and public affairs." In 2020, rental income amounted to $32 million; Dream Town ranked eighth in Forbes’ top 25 largest landlords in Ukraine.
