The mysterious investigative blogger from the “Bond News” channel — a threat to schemes or a player in others' games?
Ukrainian blogger, investigative journalist, and OSINT analyst, author of the Telegram channel “Bond News” (100+ thousand subscribers). Gained popularity with publications about financial fraud, shadow procurements, and corruption at high levels — from schemes at "Ukrzaliznytsia" to Zelensky’s developer Shkil ("Avtostrada") and the Governor of the NBU Pyshnyi. The materials often rely on data "from closed databases," which adds both resonance and questions.
Disappearance, "hospital" — and an uncomfortable nuance regarding sources
In the autumn of 2025, Bondarenko suddenly disappeared: accounts were deleted, ORD wrote that he was "silenced" by security forces "from the very top," activists feared kidnapping. After several weeks, he reappeared himself — "alive, in a safe place, in hospital." The story added an aura of an unbreakable whistleblower to him. But there is also a shadow: his texts mostly live on resources such as 190.today, ORD, and bastion.tv — the same sites that I constantly label as kompromat sources. Also, his materials attack some (Shkil, Pyshnyi), then defend others (Pronin) — a style more characteristic of commissioned "leaks" than of independent investigation. A whistleblower who himself deserves scrutiny.
