Andriy Mykolayovych Mazur is an aviation manager, former General Director of the International Airport "Boryspil" (2006), First Deputy General Director of the State Aviation Enterprise "Ukraine" (since 2014, serving the highest state leadership).

In 2003, he headed the State Enterprise "Hall of Official Delegations" at Boryspil; in 2006, he was appointed General Director of the airport and in the same year elected a deputy of the IV convocation of the Boryspil City Council. Simultaneously, he was Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Committee for Land Resources in Kyiv Region and a deputy of the Boryspil District Council. He served as Acting Head of the Boryspil District State Administration.
