Deputy Chair of the Anti-Corruption Committee with controversial statements about COVID-19 as a bioweapon

People's Deputy of the IX convocation from "Servant of the People" (No. 56 on the list). Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy. Before parliament — financial journalist: "InvestGazeta," editor-in-chief of ekonomika+, chief editor of "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest." Winner of PRESSZVANIE-2013 in the category "Banks. Finance. Investments." In May 2020, during a live broadcast, she suggested that the coronavirus could be a biological weapon, which caused a public scandal; during the same broadcast, she had a quarrel with former deputy Olena Bondarenko over the language law, who called her an "absolutely unscrupulous deputy."

Voting against anti-corruption independence and in the interests of developers

On July 22, 2025, she voted for draft law No. 12414, which subordinated NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General and effectively eliminated the independence of anti-corruption bodies — despite the fact that she heads the anti-corruption committee. At the end of 2022, she supported urban planning reform No. 5655, which critics considered as defending the interests of developers and diminishing citizens’ influence on reconstruction; the president did not sign the law. No criminal proceedings or NAPC conclusions regarding Moshenets’ declarations have been found in open sources.
