Odesa Urbanist from "European Solidarity," initially elected under the quota of the Party of Regions

Programmer (developer of "Taxi Bond," "Dumskaya" website), urbanist, and video blogger (born 1984, Odesa). Deputy of the Odesa City Council of the 8th convocation from "European Solidarity," chair of the transport commission; in 2020 — candidate for mayor of Odesa (3rd place, 11.26%, supported by Poroshenko and Roitburd).

Starting with the Regionals and the shadow of Honcharenko

In 2010, he ran for the regional council from the list of the "Party of Regions"; he received a mandate in 2014 — under the PR quota, following his longtime ally Oleksiy Honcharenko, he joined the BPP. Anonymous Telegram channels called him a "technical candidate" for mayor: allegedly, Honcharenko had "working" relations with Trukhanov (his associates Shmushkovych and Potapsky are in the executive committee and in the position of city council secretary), so European Solidarity did not conduct a real campaign. There is no evidence to support these claims.

Decommunization and transport

In the city council, he is known as the initiator of the topographic decolonization of Odesa, including the dismantling of monuments to Catherine II and Suvorov, and projects on energy monitoring. No criminal proceedings, suspicions, or pro-Russian connections have been recorded in open sources.
