Budget — in favor of former company
In 2016, Vasylkiv activists accused Odynets of "allocating budget funds so that part of them went to a company where he formerly worked," and appealed to the police, prosecutor's office, SAP and NABU. NABU did not find signs of criminal offenses at that time. Local media accused him along with mayor Sabadash of "losing the district" and election fraud ("Vasylkiv tourists" at polling stations — according to Dubinsky's publications).
Connections
Media recorded his loyalty to Ihor Kononenko — the "gray cardinal" of the BPP; in 2019, he headed Kononenko's campaign headquarters in the 94th electoral district. His wife Yulia was an assistant to the revival parliamentary deputy Bobov and headed the Vasylkiv Justice Department.
