Klychko Vitaliy Volodymyrovych
Former boxer, politician
Ukrainian civil servant and senior official
Olenych held the influential position of Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) for Digitalization and Chief Digital Transformation Officer of Kyiv (CDTO) for a long time. He built his career in the field of land management, heading the Main Department of the State Land Agency in Sumy Oblast, and later the Department of Land Resources of KCSA (2018–2021). This period of land management activity became the basis for his subsequent high-profile criminal prosecution by anti-corruption authorities.
The official became a central figure in a large-scale corruption case
Within the framework of the NABU and SAP special operation "Clean City," in February 2025, Olenych and nine other individuals (including the head of the Kyiv City Council's Land Commission, Mykhailo Terentiev) were officially suspected of creating a criminal organization and illegally seizing land in central Kyiv worth over 11 million hryvnias. Earlier, in 2023, he was also accused of the illegal transfer of a plot of natural reserve land — part of the "Nyvky" park — for development. In February 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) placed Olenych in custody, but he was released on bail of 15 million hryvnias, after which Mayor Vitali Klitschko officially dismissed him from his position at KCSA. Since August 2025, he has been managing his own law firm.
