Dnipro top manager Astioniv, whose "dormant" company suddenly posts millions of bail for NABU suspects

Peredriy (Perederiy) Dmytro is the official owner of LLC Vostoktranslogistics (Dnipro, since 2014) and longtime business manager for the Astion brothers; he also managed their agricultural company Dniproagro. Vostoktranslogistics itself is an enigmatic company: charter capital of 200 thousand UAH, zero revenue and losses in recent years, yet at the end of 2025 suddenly 64 million UAH in assets on the balance sheet. An empty shell through which other people's money flows.

Bail for Tyshchenko, 40 million for Halushchenko — all through one "loss-making" company

According to NABU materials (operation "Forest Gump"), Vostoktranslogistics is one of the controlled companies used to launder "dirty" money through fictitious "returnable financial assistance" contracts. It transferred 40 million UAH as bail for former minister Halushchenko and earlier posted 5 million UAH bail for MP Mykola Tyshchenko. The investigation explicitly names the company as controlled by Astion — and its official owner is Peredriy, a top manager of the same Astions. On paper — the owner, in reality — a convenient name for others' bail.
