"In-house killer" and secrecy
Non-public figure: at one time, the only deputy head of the SBU without a photo or details on the agency's website. In critical (often anonymous) publications, his unit was called the "scalper gatherer," and he himself the "in-house killer." These labels cannot be verified.
Past and business
During Yanukovych’s era, he was a voluntary assistant to the "Regionals" Myrnyi (former guard of Firtash) and Safiullin. The company he founded, "Oltex" (real estate, approximately 7 million UAH in assets), has been co-owned since 2011 by his mother and the family of MP Shapovalov.
