Deputy from OPZZh, operator of Kyiv's 'shadow master' Stolar

A lawyer from Lviv, graduate of the State Fiscal Service Academy. A People's Deputy of the IX convocation from the banned pro-Russian OPZZh party (No. 26), sitting on the committee on Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Verkhovna Rada's work. Changed political affiliation: in 2015 – a Kyiv City Council deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity,” in 2019 she moved to OPZZh.

Stolar's people

Media closely associate her with businessman and former Party of Regions member Vadym Stolar, called the 'shadow master' of Kyiv: in 2010–2012 she was his paid assistant (Stolar was a People's Deputy from the Party of Regions), and in February 2014 became his deputy when he headed the patronage service of the Kyiv City State Administration head Makeyenko. She is counted among the 'Stolar team' alongside Plachkova and others.

The Constitutional Court and assets

In 2020 – among the initiators of a submission to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU), whose decision abolished liability for false asset declarations and electronic asset declaration itself. Her declarations raised questions: in 2015 she declared an income of only 20,000 UAH, 'below the poverty line,' amidst 'handout politics.'
