Prymakov Kamil Yuriyovych

Born in 1985 in Dnipro. Prymakov began his political career at the age of 25, becoming a deputy of the Dnipro City Council (6th, 7th, and 8th convocations), where he currently leads the deputy faction of the European Solidarity party. Previously, he served as Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (2016–2017) and worked as an assistant to People's Deputy Andriy Pavelko. In business, he is known as a fuel trader — having worked as Commercial Director of LLC "Skhid Trans Oil" and Financial Director of LLC "Fuel Resources Company."

Scandals, journalistic investigations, and schemes

In the media, the politician has been involved in several major financial and reputational scandals. The most high-profile was a journalistic investigation in the fall of 2024, when a video of deputies’ luxury vacation in the Maldives under the pretext of a fictitious “foreign business trip” leaked online. Experts estimated the value of the elite clothing, accessories, and jewelry worn by Kamil Prymakov and his wife Oksana at the party at over 10 million hryvnias (including a Rolex Sky-Dweller watch worth $25,000 and three expensive Cartier bracelets). Additionally, according to anti-corruption monitoring in 2026, during the full-scale war, the official expanded his car fleet with several premium-class vehicles at significantly understated prices declared in official documents, registering most of the property under his wife, a businesswoman. Previously, fuel companies linked to him appeared in investigations into procurement fraud involving overpriced gasoline supplies for government agencies.
