NAZK identified unjustified assets, and traces in the network were attempted to be erased even "on behalf of a British singer"

According to NAZK’s verification, Raltsev demonstrated signs of unjustified assets totaling UAH 1.22 million: on April 12, 2023, his father Oleksandr Raltsev became the owner of a 50.7-square-meter apartment in a complex on the bank of the Dnipro in Kyiv (10 Mykilsko-Slobidska St.) valued at UAH 1.99 million; in the 2022 declaration, Raltsev himself reported an increase in cash of UAH 620,000 without proper justification, and his father also spent UAH 2.11 million on automobiles. Despite this case, his career advanced — receiving the same general’s rank; amid generals’ dismissals, there were attempts to remove publications about Raltsev from the internet, and NAZK has already removed his declarations from public access.
