From “League of Laughter” to “Reserve+”: Deputy Minister of Community Development

Poltava native (born 1991), financier by education, formerly a comedian and producer: participant in “Make the Comedian Laugh” and the first season of “League of Laughter” (team “Manhattan”, coach — Syvoho), screenwriter and actor of the “Mamahohotala” studio, showrunner of several entertainment projects.

Military Career

On February 25, 2022, voluntarily mobilized together with his twin brother Oleksiy; underwent training in Germany, participated in the 2023 counteroffensive in the Zaporizhzhia direction as part of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Magura”. Captain (2024). Led the creation and implementation of the “Reserve+” application, launched the patronage service from scratch in one of the GUR units.

Rapid Career Rise

In May 2025 — Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration under Tymur Tkachenko (replacing Mykola Povoroznyk), coordinated projects for military personnel and their families. In June 2026 appointed Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development for Digitalization; in the Poltava political scene he was also mentioned as a possible head of the Regional Military Administration. The only “family” detail in the media: his father headed the housing and communal services department of the Poltava Regional Military Administration and was dismissed. The declaration is modest — a 39.8 sq. m apartment and a share in another property in Poltava.
