Ministry of Digital Transformation

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is a central executive authority that formulates and implements state policy in the fields of digitalization, electronic governance, and the development of the digital economy. The primary task of the ministry is the implementation of modern digital technologies in public administration, the development of electronic services for citizens and businesses, as well as ensuring access to digital infrastructure throughout the territory of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is responsible for the development of the "Diia" portal and application, digital identification, electronic document management, cybersecurity, and digital literacy of the population. The agency actively works on automating state processes, supporting the IT sector, fostering innovation, and integrating modern technologies into various spheres of the economy and public administration. In the current conditions, the ministry plays an important role in building a digital state, developing electronic democracy, and integrating Ukraine into the global digital space.
