Millionaire with sports cars and the king of media buying

Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Slobozhenko is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, blogger, master of sports and champion of Ukraine in road circuit motorcycle racing (2018). He was born on August 3, 1998, in the village of Bilohorodka in Kyiv region. He graduated from the "Academy" gymnasium and Kyiv College of Communications with a specialization in software development. He began his path in the digital sphere by developing communities and chats, later moving into the niche of e-commerce and traffic arbitrage. In November 2019, at the age of 21, he founded the company Traffic Devils, which became one of the largest international media buying players in the fields of iGaming, betting and dating. By the age of 22, he became a dollar millionaire, assembling a collection of elite sports cars worth millions of dollars in his garage, and in 2025 he launched the investment platform DEVILS CAPITAL and became co-owner of the esports team Inner Circle.

200 million in taxes, asset seizure and draft evasion under the scrutiny of the Economic Security Bureau

The fairy-tale life of the young millionaire with fast cars and training (including participation in Ironman) abruptly collided with the reality of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. In August 2024, the Economic Security Bureau (ESB) and the Prosecutor’s Office brought serious charges against Oleksandr Slobozhenko for tax evasion amounting to over 200 million hryvnias.

In addition to financial fraud and income legalization, the entrepreneur became the center of a high-profile scandal following journalists' investigations about illegal removal from military registration and travel abroad in the midst of full-scale war based on forged medical certificates by the Military Medical Commission. The businessman’s assets and elite car fleet were seized by court order, forcing him to relocate a significant part of his activities and residence abroad (notably Cyprus), while continuing to remotely manage the Traffic Devils structures.
