Lawyer (born 1980, Sevastopol), graduate of Kyiv Trade and Economic University, attorney since 2010. In 2019, representative of candidate Zelensky in Kherson region, Crimea, and Sevastopol, head of the regional headquarters of "Servant of the People"; later adviser to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration Balon and head of the department at the State Geocadastre. Since 2020 — deputy and first deputy chairman (head of the executive apparatus) of the Kherson Regional Council. In spring 2022, remained in occupied Kherson; in March 2025 left "Servant of the People" for "impartiality," retaining his position.

Millions in Cash

According to an investigation by "Schemes" (Radio Liberty, 2025): in the 2019 declaration appeared ~$50,000, €40,000, and nearly 1 million UAH in cash without explanation of origin, although the year before the family declared only 230,000 UAH; at the same time — purchase of property rights to an apartment in Kyiv.
