Agricultural businessman and Kyiv Regional Council deputy from "Batkivshchyna" with a trail of legal cases

An agricultural entrepreneur, son of a co-founder of the electronics chain "Mega Max." Long-time CEO of LLC "Vector" (animal feed), owner and beneficiary of "Horoshkiv-Agro" and "Tainytsia-Agro" (grains, legumes, oilseeds). In politics — with BYuT (2006), trusted representative of Tymoshenko (2010); deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council of the VII and VIII convocations from VO "Batkivshchyna," a close associate of the head of the regional organization Kostyantyn Bondaryov. Ran for Parliament three times (2012, 2014, 2019) — each time placed second.

Smuggling, "construction" and "military" accusations

In 2011 was summoned for interrogation by the SBU in a smuggling case (according to a former partner Trincher, then-head of SBU Khoroshkovskyi initiated the criminal case); no verdict was delivered. The same former partner publicly accused Svitovenko of profiteering from the war — allegedly offering to profit from supplying the hemostatic drug "Xelox" to the Ministry of Defense. Tabloid dossiers link him to the seizure of a building on Shota Rustaveli (~$25 million) through forged documents and pressure, and even to a commissioned arson of an opponent lawyer's car in 2018 — all unconfirmed allegations.

Assets without Russian ties

Declarations showed a marker of discrepancy: cash assets exceeded income by over 10 times; in 2016, a court ordered the family to return 20 hectares of land. No pro-Russian ties, criminal convictions, or current suspicions were found; the party is the pro-Ukrainian "Batkivshchyna."
