Foreign Minister under Yermak
A diplomat with 25 years of experience. After graduating from Lviv University, since 1997 he has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: attaché, secretary, counselor-envoy in Poland (1998–2002, 2008–2012), director of the Consular Service Department (2012–2016), ambassador to Turkey (2016–2021). In May 2021, Yermak appointed him deputy head of the Office of the President for foreign policy — from there in April 2024, he became first deputy minister of foreign affairs, and on September 5, 2024, replaced Kuleba as minister. In 2025, he retained his position in the Svyrydenko government.
