Candidate of Economic Sciences. Head of Lviv Regional State Administration from December 2014 to June 2019 — appointed by Poroshenko after the Maidan victory. Member of Parliament of the IX convocation from European Solidarity (No. 9 on the list). In 2020, ran for Mayor of Lviv, gaining 36% in the second round against Sadovyi. From 2022 to 2025 — member of the Verkhovna Rada Temporary Special Commission on Protection of Investors' Rights. 

Apartment registered to a third party in the declaration, NACP inspection, and "buckwheat sowing" during the pandemic

The 2016 declaration showed an unusual situation: Synyutka himself has no real estate at all; his wife owns only 50% of a 44.6 sq. m apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk. Instead, a third party — Hanna Stepanivna Tymchenko — owns a 174.6 sq. m apartment in Lviv and a Honda Accord; the governor’s wife mainly uses this car. The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) included Synyutka in the list of 68 public officials whose declarations are subject to verification. In 2020, during the pandemic, he was noticed engaging in "buckwheat sowing" — together with Knyazhytskyi, distributing protective suits purchased by the Poroshenko Foundation.
