A financier (born 1963, Novokubanka village, Kazakh SSR), aviation engine mechanical engineer by first education (Kharkiv Aviation Institute), master of finance. Over 20 years in insurance: since 1999 — Chairwoman of the Board of UASK "ASKA-Life"; Director of the Department of Temporary Administration of Financial Institutions at the State Commission for Financial Services Regulation (2009–2010); board member and Chairwoman of the Public Council at the Pension Fund, expert of the "Reanimation Package of Reforms." People's Deputy of the IX convocation from "Servant of the People" party (No. 54), Chairwoman of the Committee on Social Policy and Veterans' Rights Protection, member of the party's political council, delegate to the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas. Developer of pension reform: advocates raising the retirement age and individual accumulation accounts. CHESNO named her one of the three most influential MPs initiating laws.

"Low-quality children"

In May–June 2020, she stated that in families needing assistance, children of "very low quality" are born, mentioning countries that suggest sterilizing unemployed women. The State Bureau of Investigation opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of equality based on wealth, origin, education). Trade unions and the Ombudsman condemned this "inhumane position"; she did not resign. Later, she applied to register the trademarks "Low-quality children" and "High-quality children."

On October 8, 2021, she commented in the faction chat on the death of MP Anton Polyakov. Fifteen "Servants" left the chat, all factions signed a letter for her removal — the Rada suspended her from 5 sessions. She did not acknowledge unethical behavior, calling it "freedom of speech."
