Tymoshchuk is a subject of criminal proceeding No. 62023000000000194 concerning the illegal withdrawal of funds amounting to over 500 million UAH. At the same time, he owns 60% of LLC "Rids", where Lagun also holds a share (through Cyprus-based Ecovel Limited), and another 35% belongs to Dmytro Kravchenko, a figure involved in cases related to the unfinished construction projects of "Ukrbud". In 2019, Tymoshchuk, together with Hutsalyuk, Lytvyn, and Serhienko, founded the "International Bureau of Credit Histories." The same names, the same schemes — just another level of the same pyramid.
