The director and ultimate beneficiary of LLC "Slots U.A." — the owner of the online casino brands SLOTOKING and 777. The company was registered in September 2020 with a charter capital of 31 million UAH. In 2023, the company increased its revenue by 103 times — up to 3.4 billion UAH. Zhurylo's total income from business in 2025 amounted to over 17 billion UAH.

KRAIL refused due to suspicions of connections with the Russian Federation

KRAIL initially refused to consider the license application due to suspicions of ties with the Russian Federation. Only on November 21 was the license nevertheless issued. Zhurylo is suspected of being a nominal owner, while the real beneficiary may be ex-MP Andriy Zhurzhiy.

Court: 38 million violation — 170 UAH fine

In December 2023, the Pechersky Court found Zhurylo guilty of violating the tax accounting procedure: the company overstated a negative tax value by 38 million UAH for 2021–2022. The penalty was an administrative fine of 170 UAH. A symbolic fine for a 38-million violation is a telling illustration of the level of responsibility in the gambling business.
