Former MP of "Samopomich", founder of Inzhur with a court debt of $1 million and accusations of buying assets from his own companies

In 2025, acquired the Vinnytsia shopping mall Sky Park from Dragon Capital. 

Affiliated transactions, $1 million debt to investor, and "pressure from law enforcement" in Boryspil

The "Kinsale" fund received 100% prepayment from "Zhurzhiy Ventures" for the construction of a supermarket — about $10 million. Zhurzhiy informed the partner that he could not commission the facility, but in fact commissioned it and transferred it to the Inzhur fund without returning over $1 million; the case is being considered in the Commercial Court of Kyiv. Independent auditors accuse him of buying fund assets from his affiliated companies at inflated prices — including Silpo and McDonald's facilities. Zhurzhiy denies. In November 2023, he told Forbes about pressure from law enforcement in the case of supermarket construction in Boryspil: law enforcement allegedly offered to "resolve" the proceedings through an intermediary, came with an operational group of 20 people to his children's home, and intimidated employees.
