Charity gallery as an informal office of the NBU Chairman

Art Ukraine Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded by Nataliya Zabolotna in 2016 after leaving the Mystetskyi Arsenal. In April 2023, she opened a new format at the Domosphera Shopping Center — a charity gallery with the official mission of supporting the «Okhmatdyt» Children’s Hospital. Around the same time, Lyudmyla Pyshna — wife of the NBU Chairman Andriy Pyshnyi and co-founder of the NGO «Vidchuy» — joined the project. According to Zabolotna’s testimony, the gallery effectively functioned as a closed venue for informal contacts with the National Bank head: among the participants in closed auctions were Monobank co-owner Oleh Horokhovskyi, Dragon Capital’s head Tomas Fiala, as well as businessmen Tihipko and Zozulia.

Raiding, Oschadbank debt, and the Mindichgate

In February 2025, Zabolotna publicly accused Pyshna of raiding: the Domosphera Shopping Center management company refused to extend her contract but offered to conclude one directly with Lyudmyla Pyshna — without changing the format. Notably, Domosphera owed money to Oschadbank, previously headed by Andriy Pyshnyi. Sources in the financial sector do not rule out that bankers purchased paintings and attended closed auctions to "establish relations" with the NBU Chairman.
