State Customs Service

The State Customs Service of Ukraine is a central executive authority that implements the state customs policy and ensures control over the movement of goods, vehicles, and citizens across the customs border of Ukraine. The main tasks of the service are to replenish the state budget through customs payments, combat smuggling, protect the economic interests of the state, and promote lawful international trade. The Customs Service monitors compliance with customs legislation, processes import and export operations, and provides customs control at checkpoints.

The State Customs Service actively implements digital technologies, procedure automation, and international standards of customs administration. Its activities are aimed at simplifying foreign economic operations, reducing corruption risks, and accelerating customs procedures for businesses and citizens. In modern conditions, the service plays an important role in ensuring Ukraine's economic security, controlling strategic goods, international cooperation, and integrating the state into the European customs space.
