На полях вироку Князєву. ВАКС його оприлюднив, хоч і з виключеннями показань обвинуваченого. 

437 тисяч 700 доларів із переданої Князєву неправомірної вигоди досі є невідшуканими.

Всього в Князєва знайшли близько  1,25 млн доларів, які були предметом неправомірної вигоди:

- 548 700 доларів вилучили з кабінету в Верховному суді, ще 450 тисяч;

 - 250 тисяч доларів знайшли в квартирі Князєва.

Також 112 300 доларів — сумарно вилучили в інших пʼятьох суддів Верховного суду.
