Member of Parliament of the VIII convocation (independent) Yuriy Levchenko said that the new “smotryashchi” for Kyiv are restaurateur and MP of the IX convocation from the party “Servant of the People” Mykola Tyshchenko (in the photo on the right) and the “decider” from the team of former Kyiv mayor Leonid Chernovetskyi Denys Komarnitsky (in the photo on the left).

Levchenko asserts that the current Kyiv city head Vitali Klitschko has arranged with the Office of the President to appoint new “smotryashchi” in order to stay on as head of the Kyiv City State Administration (Kyivska MDA).

“Bad news for Klitschko and the “Servant of the People” fans. Klitschko has arranged with the Office of the President (or part of it), appointed Tyshchenko and Komarnitsky as new “smotryashchi” for Kyiv, divided up corrupt streams, and everything continues as before,” Yuriy Levchenko said.

According to Levchenko, Klitschko found patronage in the Office of the President through one of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s aides, Andriy Yermak. In turn, Yermak appointed the Kyiv “smotryashchi” — the newly minted MP from “Servant of the People” Mykola Tyshchenko and the “decider” from Chernovetskyi’s team, Denys Komarnitsky. Levchenko asserts that Klitschko, Yermak, Tyshchenko, and Komarnitsky agreed among themselves and divided up the corrupt streams.

According to Levchenko, Denys Komarnitsky already goes to various municipal enterprises and demands “tribute.”

In addition, according to the deputy, Yermak is Tyshchenko’s godfather.
