Kyiv City Council Deputy from Chernovetsky's "Solidarity"

Anton Drepin is a Kyiv deputy, born in 1987 in Germany, whose career was built in the shadow of Leonid Chernovetsky. From 2005 to 2009, he worked at "Pravex Bank" of Chernovetsky — initially as a manager, then as a branch director. When Chernovetsky headed the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), Drepin was appointed deputy director of the municipal enterprise "Automotive Transport Enterprise of the KCSA" (2009–2010), and then head of the municipal enterprise "Kyivzhytlospetsekspluatatsiya" (2010–2013). He was dismissed from the municipal enterprise due to absenteeism — but Drepin won a lawsuit against Chernovetsky and received UAH 63,000 in compensation for moral damages. In 2015, he was elected deputy of the Kyiv City Council of the VIII convocation from "Solidarity" representing the Podil district.

Trukhaniv Island: Municipal Beach Under Private Security

The media accused Drepin of facilitating the illegal seizure of the municipal beach on Trukhaniv Island. Despite its status as a recreational area where construction is prohibited, the tenants fenced off a significant part of the beach, installed private security, and charged fees for entry onto the municipal land. In 2015, the Dnipro Police Department opened a criminal case on the fact of illegal land seizure.

25 hectares of Nature Reserve for Partner MP Stolar

In 2025, "Telegraf" revealed a new scheme: Drepin, as a partner of MP Vadym Stolar, acquired ownership of a 25-hectare plot for private development in the "Kozynsky" nature reserve in the Kyiv region.
