Dubrevskii has 15 years of experience in the aviation infrastructure sector — he worked at Lufthansa, Donetsk Airport, and Ras Al Khaimah Airport in the UAE. Since July 2021, he has been the General Director of the state enterprise "International Airport Boryspil." The airport has been closed since February 24, 2022.

Father on occupied territory, three apartments in Donetsk

Dubrevskii's father, Yurii, remained on the occupied territory after the start of the full-scale invasion and headed the "Donetsk Institute of Physical Culture and Sports" under the so-called "Donetsk National University" — a collaborator structure under the control of the Russian Federation. Dubrevskii himself and members of his family own three apartments in occupied Donetsk.

10 million over three years of leadership of the non-operational airport

For 2022–2024, Dubrevskii declared 10.1 million UAH in salary as the head of Boryspil: in 2022 — 4.06 million UAH, in 2023 — 3.788 million UAH, in 2024 — 2.268 million UAH. The airport has not served any commercial flights during this entire period. The 2024 declaration also records 65,000 USD and 10,000 EUR in cash, two cars — BMW and Mercedes-Benz GLS, as well as expenses of 410,000 UAH for his daughter's education.
