Younger Brother with a Large Warehouse and Dirty Money
Hennadiy Hirin (b. 1974) is the younger brother of Vladlen, a Kherson businessman and former city council deputy from the "Our Land" party (2010–2015). He is the CEO of the construction supermarket chain "33 square meters" and co-founder of the company "Histion" together with Oleh Lebedenko, which in March 2024 purchased the largest warehouse complex Amtel at Dragon Capital for approximately $35–40 million. The origin of such funds for ordinary door traders raised obvious questions among investigators.
Flight from Europol and Internet Cleanup
Through structures connected to the brothers, over 75 million euros of criminal organization funds, including drug cartels, were laundered. While the older brother Vladlen was detained in Slovenia, Hennadiy is wanted and, according to preliminary data, is hiding in Europe. After the scheme’s exposure, the brothers began actively cleansing the internet — references to their business, political activities, and links to ORDLO are massively disappearing from the network.
