Zelensky's "Trusted Representative" and No. 94 on the Party List
During the 2019 presidential campaign, she served as Zelensky's trusted representative in Kharkiv Oblast. She was elected to the IX convocation of the Verkhovna Rada from the "Servant of the People" party list at No. 94. She was a member of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy. "We Need to Get Out of the Country"
At an extraordinary session of the Rada on March 30, 2021, while deputies were listening to a report by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Khomchak about the buildup of Russian troops on the border, Kolisnyk wrote to an acquaintance: "We are listening to Khomchak. We need to get out of this country." The response was: "We will do it." The explanation that it was about "May Day holidays" was not accepted by the wider audience.
NABU, Hidden Apartments, and Mandate
In October 2022, NABU and SAP announced suspicion against Kolisnyk. The investigation found that in her 2020 declaration, she did not disclose two apartments in Kyiv worth over 3.5 million UAH, a share in a non-residential property in Kharkiv, and a car — totaling over 4.4 million UAH. Since March 12, 2025, the deputy had not appeared in parliament. On October 21, 2025, the Rada approved her statement on the resignation of her powers, with 262 votes.
