Deputy of the IX convocation Kyiv City Council from "European Solidarity", first deputy chair of the budget commission. Since 2021 — Director of LLC "Levstar". Before election: advisor to Kyiv City Council Secretary Prokopiv (2016), secretary of Ukraine's delegation to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (2016–2020), director of the Charity Fund "Fund for the Preservation of Historical Heritage" (2017–2023).

55.6 million UAH of undeclared securities, fraud with the "Museum of Monumental Propaganda" and 67% of votes "for" toilet schemes

On May 30, 2023, NABU and SAP notified a suspicion under Part 2, Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code: failure to declare income from the sale of securities totaling 55.6 million UAH, income from the sale of Harley-Davidson, Land Rover, and insurance payments — in total over 63 million UAH of undeclared assets. July 2025 — a second suspicion from the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office: fraud during the privatization of a municipal premises of 168 sq. m on Akademika Glushkova Street. Kovalevska's fund rented it for the "Museum of Monumental Propaganda" (for which funds were raised across the country), then initiated purchase with an underpayment to the city budget of 300 thousand UAH. November 2025 — case sent to court. In 2025, voted "for" 67% of the so-called "toilet schemes" — corrupt land allotment deals in Kyiv City Council.
