67 companies in the declaration, OPZZh, fleeing to France, and voting for Russia's return to PACE

Yulia Volodymyrivna Lyovochkina — People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VI–IX convocations, member of the Party of Regions, the Opposition Bloc, and the pro-Russian OPZZh, younger sister of Serhiy Lyovochkin, former head of Yanukovych's Presidential Administration.

67 companies, of which 49 are offshore

Lyovochkina holds the record among Ukrainian parliamentarians for the number of companies: her declaration lists 67, of which only 18 are registered in Ukraine (Zakarpattiaoblenergo, Ukrrechflot, Clearing House Bank, etc.). The remaining 49 are offshore companies: 26 in Cyprus, 10 in Seychelles, 7 in the British Virgin Islands, several in Austria, France, Denmark, Luxembourg. On the French Riviera in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, she owns a luxury villa and five land plots at the same address — her neighbor is Dmytro Firtash.

Voting for the “dictatorship laws” and defending the aggressor in PACE

On January 16, 2014, she voted for the “dictatorship laws” — a package of anti-democratic restrictions on rights and freedom of speech. On January 29, 2020, Lyovochkina was the only one among the 12 members of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE to support the return of the Russian delegation to the Assembly and a new sanction procedure that effectively prevents sanctions against Russia in the future.

“Fake” positions for Yanukovych’s mistress

She was implicated in a case under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code (“embezzlement by abuse of office”) — the basis being the illegal employment during 2007–2012 of Lyubov Polezhay, former waitress, mistress, and civil wife of Yanukovych, in the Verkhovna Rada staff as Lyovochkina’s assistant-consultant. Similarly, Polezhay’s sister, Yanukovych’s head cook Nadiya Maryntseva, was also “placed” in a position.

Russian sanctions and fleeing the country

In summer 2022, the Russian Federation imposed sanctions against Lyovochkina and her brother.
